Is this forum still active? I really need a mentor or just a network of brothers and sisters who understand addiction and don't immediately go to blasphemous AA suggestions or refer me to super fluffy (also blasphemous) celebrate recovery which is churning out false converts every day. I used to be one until the Lord opened my eyes. I hope I'm not sounding like a legalist. I just really care about the holiness of God. I just moved to Edgewater Florida and attend a awesome reformed Baptist church. They have a celebrate recovery at the building on Thursdays. My pastor said he doesn't attend it but he said it's not fluffy so I'm hoping it isn't. The last thing we addicts need is a fluffy Jesus. I've used that false representation of Christ to manipulate myself into doing terrible sins. Idk. I hope someone is still active on here 😆
